Another Blast ripped off in Hyderabad that killed and injured innocents. Again Terrorist organizations are held responsible… once more Pakistan and Bangladesh are blamed. Yet again Islam is in Question in the Discussion forum on the internet and, of course, a section of Indian community is under suspicion.
Is this attitude helping us anywhere or proving to be counterproductive? Is this not a failure of our intelligence and security agencies? Why any politicians don't take the responsibility and resign? Pakistan, Bangladesh may be guilty of killing innocents in India but surely protecting the flaws of security system and a community is proving to be the readymade Bakra to hide the intelligence failure.
Muslims are the most infamous community all over the world especially after the 9/11. A country that today is waging a war against Terrorism has nourished the same organizations for their cause. But Indian Muslims, generally, are not found to be blameworthy of any international crime. Spare the 93 Mumbai Blasts which according to the Justice Sri Krishna is the effect of the demolition of Babri Masjid and the rights that followed, no Muslim is proved to be guilty by the court but some of them were acquitted. Yet they are suspected after every act of Terrorism or they are guilty unless proved innocent.
On the other hand we don't like to question the culprit of war room leak case, the Bajrangis, who were found preparing Bombs, the Maoists who are killings hundreds of innocent people or the religion or ideology they follow.
People who raised their voice against the failure of our intelligence agencies are termed as anti nationals and are given the example of America where everyone stands united against the Terrorists after 9/11. But India is different from the U.S. Blasts and killing of innocent citizens are not common there but here in India our people are killed every now and then. U.S took many steps to beef up security like created a homeland Security department facilitate greater co-operation among the security agencies etc, but we are not accepting the flaws within and this is proving to be fatal.
Let's celebrate the 60th year of our independence by a mass movement against the Government for their complete failure and inability to protect us and lets call for a review of our system of intelligence and security and lets, we, the Indian get freedom from Terrorism.
